Christa McAuliffe Space Center- In 1990 our first starship simulator was launched, and a new era of immersive education began. 27 years and over 400,000 participants later a new fleet is preparing to take the next generation to visit the stars and imagine what lies beyond.
Tips from the community
Cool place! Lots of families with kids coming to the laser shows in the planetarium. They wouldn't allow us into the actual command center/spaceship simulator because they are booked out for a summer space camp. But the prices for the planetarium shows were really reasonable and we want to come back later for a movie night!

We came all the way to this space center without doing our research first and it’s expensive and long to do the space simulation, which didn’t work for our situation 😬 We ended up watching one of their shows in the planetarium instead- pretty neat.
